4. Client Data and Advertising Services

When you engage Encapixel for advertising and marketing services:

  • All ad accounts, Google Business Profiles, websites, landing pages, and campaign data are owned by you (the client).
  • We access your accounts only as necessary to provide the services outlined in our service agreement.
  • We may use call tracking numbers to monitor and record phone calls generated by advertising campaigns. Call recordings are used solely for lead quality review and campaign optimization.
  • Campaign performance data may be referenced in anonymized form for case studies or marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.
  • Upon termination of services, we transfer all access and credentials back to you and remove our access within 7 business days.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to:
