Informal resolution

Jurisdiction
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. These Terms do not govern the relationship between Encapixel and its clients for marketing services — that relationship is governed by a separate Service Agreement.
